Taken on my first day at the Salton Sea with Deb (melethia) of our 4 day adventure. We're in a motor home (my first time!), and there's no wifi around here. So HOW am I uploading? LOL! Deb turned me on to tethering the laptop to my Droid and voila! Internet wherever I am! Is that cool or what?
Anywho, this image is STRAIGHT OUT OF CAMERA!!! Zero editing other than converting from RAW and saving for web. Taken with my new baby and a rented (70-300mm) lens. Hope you like it!

Oh - how unpopular this was. What a shame. I love the composition - the strangeness of it all. The title is brilliant. In the face of all the slickness of the high-scoring images, this falls through the cracks. Sadly so - I love it.
I just voted tonight, saw this and your friends fish photo's ... wondered who was shooting with who. Ah people have no taste when it comes to dead fish! I thought it was discustingly (word?) great for this challenge!
