Great capture. Detailed foreground, mysterious mist over the water, serious leading line over the sea, excellent lunar illumination, STARS, nice colors. Awesome exposure management. Wonderful photo. And I personally need to know where this is for a couple reasons.

Very cool shot. I feel like there is a little too much foreground which takes my eye away from the the rest (better parts) of the image.

The longer I look at this, the more I like what you have accomplished. Nice lines in the bridge. I was trying to figure out just what kind of sun rise or sun set this could be - due to the orange hue, until I looked at your title. Great texture in the sand. I would have been tempted to clone out the graffiti on the bridge support. Nice work.
