Gorgeous sky!

I suggest shaving just a little bit off the bottom in crop. (a) I think a wider aspect ratio to the crop would give a more cinema feel. (b) the brightness of the frost is competing for the brightness of the sky for attention. I think cutting off some of the frosty parts would help bring the viewer's attention back to the main subject.

I had too look at this for awhile but found it to be of great effect HDR? good processing good blend of colors love the cloud formation add to the image ..well done

I've never been a huge fan of HDR and I'm still not.. this however looks pretty good. A 7.
