Yes, it's very beautiful Gunnar. It looks like a medium format film photograph. And it looks like a dirty car window framing him. Both illusions, alas, but it's a superb portrait no matter how it's done. Just enough DoF, just enough focus, just enough sharpness, just enough tones, not too much of anything ... a superb and instructive balance of initiative and restraint all round, actually!
