 This was taken on the North Saskatechwan river in Alberta, Canada..it was cold beyond imagining that day -30C with a strong gusty wind...the ice was amazing; although a lot of areas were snow covered...the two people in distance are photographers, but who else would be out there?

Wow, this is wild. What a cool idea (honestly no pun intended). Nice deep colors and contrast, and I like the astronaut/hiker/whatever. Good stuff.
