PS - Phototools to smooth skin and reduce shine
Convert to B/W adjust levels, clone out skin imperfections & 1 dust spot.

good shot. would have done better if it was actually symmetrical. the left side of the image isn't cropped the same way as the right side. this throws of the comp- it loses the balance you tried to achieve through the positioning of the hands.
