I like her colors, her pose and her hat. Don't understand the lack of a straight up and down crop. Don't get the title. Wondering about the camera and the cocktail in the busy BG.

Some serious tilt that needs correction here. Not really getting my attention, I'm afraid. Overall it looks like a snapshot that may have been taken on a subway platform or something.
