Congratulations on another ribbon for this stunning entry William! I think I like this version even better than your other one. You should start giving workshops on star trail photography! :-)

This image awed me the first time I saw it's brother (875838)...and has again. Should make the top10 if not all the way. Superb craftsmanship William :)

Quite spectacular with the star trails and the ground elements being perfectly exposed. I believe I've seen one like this before?

Is this real? It really looks like a plastic model. I think it's because the stars are clearly moving for minutes, but two things which normally move quite a bit in outdoor wind (the windmill and flowers) are perfectly still and sharp. That tension makes it look completely unreal to me, but it is still a very nice composition and combination of color. This was a hard one to vote on!

This is very surreal looking. Beautiful shot.

Almost like a painting. Love the saturation of color.

Wow, this is amazing! It must not have been windy for the flowers to turn out so well. (Not voting)

This is gorgeous. Love the almost animated feel to it. Love the colours too.

That is some stunning and vibrant colors on those tulips! And this shot at night no less. The windmill is another fabulous element to the composition. Love the sweep of the star trails that makes me think of 'wind'. A solar wind that provides beauty to the scene and rather than moving the panels of the windmill their beauty coupled with the tulips moves your audience. Breathlessly beautiful.

THink you've submitted a similar one to this, but I guess once you're onto a good thing you might as well stick to it. My pick for a ribbon. 10.

This is excellent - rather surreal

Back to comment... Oh my! This is beautiful! I wonder how long your exposure had to be to get this effect.

I want to give this a 9 or 10 soooo bad, but I can't knowing that almost this exact picture has already won a challenge. The only reason I'm giving this a 8 is simply because of repetition.
Post actions
wow...looks surreal...love it...8 ... hope it's all legal

picture postcard quality .. great colors

Seems like an artificial landscape. Is it? The wind mill appears to be a toy. Though well done
