Taken on the 31st of December so barely managed to squeeze into the year. I'd been back in Iceland to visit my family. We had some time and the weather wasn't bad so me, a friend of mine and my dad went off to Þingvellir for a few hours.
It was really cold but beautiful, interesting to see in the

my eyes first go down the rocks at the bottom...then up to the mountains in the background...it seems that if you had been a little lower you would have had a little better angle...but then that's only MO....
