I need slave flash units and soft boxes, what is that going to cost me? In the debate over if equipment matters, ideas are free, composition is a skill (perhaps one I lack)but when it comes down to it the guy who spends his day working at the photo studio at the mall, and uses their lighting gear after work for a portrait competition is going to kick my ass. So far camera hardware and accessories is under $600, and that includes my backup.
Couldn't find a 44 of Bud at the market, otherwise I would have titled it "Does Beer Make you Smarter? (It made Bud Wiser) I didn'nt want to use another amber color like Coors or Miller, but it turns out that Micky's and Tecate both have foil labels, and it was hard to eliminate the reflections! Sigh
