 Cropped adjust to black and white, curves sharpened, reduced noise, added vignette and rotated the car to give the sense of motion.

Might get low votes for the dust on the tyres, or that it's focusing on the tyres and not the wheel, oh who cares, I like it.

4 - sorry, it just doesn't grab me, no real point of interest or structure in the composition to draw me in. It is not quite abstract enough to be a pleasing set of shapes and tones and yet not quite realistic enough to be interesting as an object... perhaps if you used a slightly different viewpoint than straight on to the wheels to get more curves/intrigue happening? That is my taste - if you were after the effect you got and it works for you then that is what matters
