No, it's not, it's Tower Bridge! Cool photo none the less, and the processing of the sky works well to compliment the subject.

I am not a big fan of this type of processing, but I like this image way too much to complain. Nice composition and a great sky.

I really like what Topaz/HDR does for the detail on the bridge and the water, but it's a bit too strong on the sky - pulls away from the bridge itself. Still, a gorgeous shot.
