Stalked my cat, who happens to love lying next to a lamp. Took picture through lamp. A little bump with the curves. a little crop of junk off the top. deep blue photo filter. that's about it.

To me... if this weren't in a Lamp challenge, I would not see the lamp... but only the cat and would wonder what all of that other stuff was. So... if I were votin, and I'm not, this wouldn't do exceptionally well for me. But, that's just one person's opinion. :)
I got to thinking about this one, This wasn't the easiest thing to pull off in basic editing... and althougt the brightness of the blub bothers me, (I personaly would have cropped that out, because you can still tell this is a cat under a lamp with out it..) It still is a good job of handleing all the light and the cat midtones.. (and ya had me with a cat!) soo I say 7
Photos with pets tend to go down badly. But this made me laugh and reminded me of my cat, so its a 10 from me - hopefully stopping some of the damage from the pet-haters! best of luck!
