Excellent. I've seen quite a few people use "snow" as a layer for this challenge, but your shot expresses the layering very well, bonus for the buildings and hills in the background, providing further layers in the shot.
Not bad but the horizon is too centered. It should have been a third up since it offers little to look at. I can see that there were twigs at the bottom that would have been nice to add to the picture instead of the grey sky.
