I'm not sure what is happening here. Is it skin? A pine cone? The sepia tone hides the facts rather than enriching the image. Still, nice macro.

I wasn't sure what I was looking at, but it is so beautiful and marvelous that I just stared for a while, and finally figured it out. Exceptional abstract of a popular subject. LOVE the tones here - perfectly processed. Front page for me.
