I can tell that the red topping is hand draw on the side, or appears to be anyway. Otherwise good picture.

Nice studio shot, I feel like lighting up the right side a little more (or perhaps turning the cake slightly more clockwise) would help... the hard shadows on the icing overhanging the tight side is a little distracting.
