I'm trying to figure out how this is from behind. Is he behind the thing in his hand? Is he behind the rest of the group? I'm just not getting it.

This isn't behind anyone and is taken from in front. Also the blur movements don't add to teh photo.

I'm guessing that you're taking a portrait of someone from behind something? But the challenge says to take a portrait while behind someone so I'm really struggling to see how this is not DNMC (I rarely do not find someway to shoe horn in someone's shot). I do like the blur and the story I feel from this shot but can't score it high due to my challenge interpretation.
