Its too funny that you can't actually really see the first girls reflection, but you can see the two girls that are blocked off by here. Gives the impression of two completely different worlds, rather than a reflection of the one. I really like that.
I very much dislike the pink color cast though. Its too strong for me.
I think I would have tried to make this shot a vertical one, cutting out the stuff on the right within the window and also cutting off the left half face of the guy.
