Mysterious. Everything looks out of context - the control tower on top of snake looking trees watching a soccer game!?. Luckily, the cloud came to smooth things up. Nice.
Image appears to be very dark and I can't make out a horizon but I do get a strong sense of vertical from the pole extending up into the empty portrait frame.
I like this, but it might have been better with the foreground cropped out to maybe the beginning of the tree line, cutting out the soccer (or football for the rest of the world! :-))field.
I really like the processing beyond that
