Added: Bumping this up from an 8 to a 10. I really want to see this one near the top. Hope it's getting appreciation from others. It does seem like the kind of image that could swing either way on broad appeal.
Makes me smile - there's a wonderful warmth that perhaps only I get from this. A sense of solitude but not loneliness. Just a zen-one-with-nature kinda thing.
Love the sense of scale here, and the motion blur, but my first reaction was to the title, which to me does not match the image. The person does not appear lost at all, as his stride appears purposeful rather than hesitant.
