Wow, you’ve really worked this photo nicely. It probably won’t be everyone’s cup of tea though. I’ve sat on those same steps myself.

good composition. oversharpened. the muted colors took away the beauty of what i imagined a bursting explosion of orange and blue. topaz (or something like it) is a very effective tool to bring out details and blur out distracting elements in the bg, but it works againts you when overdone.
