Specimen: FecalSol crystals.
Droplets of FecalSol were allowed to air-dry on slide.
Technique: Darkfield
A 10X plan objective was used in conjunction with a
40X phase condenser to give darkfield effect. A color filter
wheel was placed directly on the light source.
Magnification: 100x
Microscope: LW Scientific: Revelation 2100
Camera: Nikon 5700
Other: Martin Microcope MM99 Adapter
