 Based on my first challenge entry.
I doubled the canvas vertically before flipping vertically - blend mode difference. Flipped hoorizontally, blend mode lighten, rotated 90 degrees cw, cropped to a square, then did a polar coordinates, blend mode difference. Filter Forge vibrance for colour.
