Doesn't look like St.George, I'm sure, but at a loss for a title I chose this because a small part of a sign from St' George's Building Society building, reflected on another sign on a church wall, contributed. (Part of my expedition to find reflections not in mirrors).
Flip and blend twice, blend mode lighten, selected top left quarter, copy and paste, transform warp, move to centre, blend mode difference, flip horizontal, blend mode difference, Filter Forge vibrance.
