 This drake Mallard had been airborne for about 5 seconds when I got this shot. One of about 3 I had gotten when the duck was in flight. The Red Oaks across the lake provided the nice border at the top of the image.

I love the halo above the duck's head! Excellent reflection and the red really does add a nice frame. Great score with this one!

Great idea, and great timing as well. IF the duck was slightly sharper, that would have been a big boost, in my opinion.

A well seen image with good focus and detail with natural colours, but the red reflection in the top of the image does tend to distract from the main focal point.
