Way too out of focus. It seems your camera is not capable of focusing at this close a range. Either stick to shots that the camera is capable of or take the shot from a distance and crop down to what you want (losing resolution, of course).
Colour saturation seems good, it's a nice strong blue.
The shape of the light reflection in their eyes is also nicely round.
it's a cute picture, but i would prefer a not so soft focus. i like the comp. and the color. the blue thing on the bridge of the nose is distracting. good lighting.
The focus is poor, with better focus this shot could have been improved greatly. And I think I see part of a computer monitor or something between the two faces.
