Yes, the cup lip is round, and the splashes are shapes (pretty ones at that!) But, it's almost as though the picture is so good as a whole that the idea of "shape" just doesn't stand out for me.
I guess I'm failing to see how the shape of this subject is the key feature to this particular photo. Also, it's a bit too dark for my tastes (no pun intended).
