The rogue cat I can't catch & get fixed has had yet another litter. Two solid black, two black and white. Adorable! She brought them to my yard for the first time on Thursday; they are still here. But of course they are still here, I put out beds, they get all the kibble they want, cat milk twice a day and treats of tuna or chicken....
Have you tried setting out a trap for her? Here in LA there is an organization called Fix Nation that provides you with the trap and tells you how to use it. When you catch them, they will spay/neuter the kitty for free.
