Definitely gets across the lonely/desolate feeling very well. A bit grainy, but it doesn't bother me. Nice perspective. Good job.

That's what I call a deserted street. This is nicely done. Monochrome was a good choice. In just about every downtown-ish area, you always have to fight with traffic lights and street lights. I like the trash bin serving as the right side anchor, and how it helps lead your eye into the picture.
