For the critique: I tried to do a few things here. First, capture the repeating structure of the arches. I liked how you had this embedded arch structure which created repetition and a sense of depth. Second, the tones and detail in the stone: there was this great texture and range of tones. Third, even though I only had a few seconds to line things up with the women walking up front, I tried to be deliberate with the composition, using the cross-beam above, the wall at right, and the window at left as framing elements, and then having the electrical thing in upper right and man hole in lower right as elements of interest. And finally, I wanted to capture the two people in silhouette as the central element of interest.
