OK, I know I have no chance against the experts, but I would love someone to come in and tell me how I could take this concept and spice it up with some expert editing. I tried a few different backgrounds, but none worked to my satisfaction, so I submit here my naked entry. Hope it has some merit! ;)

Nice idea. I like the random eyeballs. I think maybe it could use some "blood" dressing.
The lighting seems a bit harsh to me. Maybe a bit of diffusion for the light source is in order.
