Here's a funny story... My granddaughter got slapped in the face last night by a big stingray! Yes, slapped! I'm still laughing about it the next day. This picture captures the moment after it happened (of course I actually missed taking the picture while it happened because I was too stunned to take the picture). Observe the open mouths, the children jumping back. Riley was leaning over petting them & my daughter thinks she might have pinched (something new she learned), at which point it pulled it's wing out of the water and hit her right in the face. And she laughed hysterically once she got over the shock. The stingray stayed a bit fiesty for a while so people kept their distance.
