Makes sound, but this does not suggest the sound to me. Could be the beeping of buttons, or it could be a screeching alarm. I can't figure out what sound you intended to convey with this.
I get the tie in to the challenge, but it seems a stretch. Technically the shot could be sharper and it looks a bit noisy. Lastly, the composition is dull. It would be more interesting with an interesting angle and a moody glow from the keypad.
At first I though an electrical box than I remembered my workplace and still the notion of sound did not come to light until I noticed your alarm title. Good effort but I was just too distracted to hear the irritating sound I hear every month during fire practice. Darn I have to work tomorow. Thanks pal. Just kidding. Good luck.
My blood pressure is already up, just anticipating screwing up the setting of the alarm (like I do at my sister's place on every attempt! lollll) This sure met the Challenge in my experience!
