I love the expressions on the boy's faces. The sounds of their celebration jump out of the photograph. The Order of the Arrow patches caught my attention too. Well done.
The failure to take advantage of the full range of tones available in this charming photo is disappointing. Brightening the mid- and quarter-tones would also eliminate the distraction of the window...
Loud and clear. I can hear you from across the room without a doubt. Fun, party atmosphere, a little busy and would have liked the main character second to the left to be less centered.
