I think it looks like she is uncomfortable. Like she is holding her neck in an awkward way that makes her uncomfortable.

Wonderful lighting, setup and make up! The bottom girl expression, as some have said, doesn't work and I can't say why! :( At first look it seems as if she's smiling (which is totally off) even though when the view is rotated she is far from smiling...

I like the girl on top, she fits the photo perfectly, but the one on the bottom seems to expresionless. That's why i gave you a 9 and not 10. :)
