Messed with a couple of different ideas, chalk lines, little piles of red and blue marking chalk, all ended up pretty boring. Went back to original impression of color and texture...if nothing else it's at least pretty.
Two exposure combo. Bumped saturation a bit and added just a touch of noise to give it more texture.

I like the colors in this shot. It seems that perhaps there might not have been enough light...there's quite a bit of noise in the photo (which voters typically don't like here).
