Generally, that's an indication that although you met the challenge parameters, there wasn't anything to either like or dislike with the entry. In this case, you've managed to ably demonstrate a fill technique, but there aren't any overly engaging elements to the image. The colours seem just a bit flat (you might try to play with a "curves" layer to increase the contrast), and the candid nature of the image leaves you with little room to play with composition. I scored this one a 5.
