You are exactly right about the difficulty in getting a small flat surface exactly parallel to the camera sensor. You got the color right and magnified well. In another marco challenge, my penny ended up slightly soft in some areas because of being slightly off from perfectly parallel:
Time jostling in pockets can wear down the small surface details. I concluded that I should have used a brand new penny. But I did learn a lot in the attempt. Nice to see another variation. |
