Thought about my subject all week. Not many bugs around and I think bugs are done too much anyway. I always try to be original with my art. So I chose Indian Corn for my subject. Turned out to be a very colorful and interesting subject. I love this shot so I hope it does ok. First challenge in a while, been working way too much lately. My guess is high 5's or low 6's.

I guess you had to say it was corn so as to prove it was a macro - personally i would rather have gone on thinking that it was the symptom of some strange tropical disease - i've gotr some cream for that 9

Macro photos can be predictably flowers and insects or more likely both. I appreciate subjects you might not expect in this category. This is nicely done... Kudos. Hope it does well.
