All this app does is create printer ready photo layouts for using as passport, visa, etc. ID photos. It has standard sizes and there is a cropping tool. It can use an existing photo or use the camera to take one. It can do color or convert to b/w. There is a slider for brightness, but that's it.
Very easy and quick to use.
