This photo isn't holding a lot of interest for me. Maybe if I could see the front of the sign instead of the back.

I like the angled feature bringing added interest to the shot. The moody clouds against the darkened blue sky works well. On my screen in the top right of the image is a strange circle of aqua and yellow. I'm not sure if it's a result of sort of lense flare or PP but it does distract from the shot. There also appears to be a sensor dust spot in the main cloud on the right that may have been worth cloning out. Overall, a nice skyscape shot.
