this is a really touching image, but im sure its getting hammered for being too much land. personally, its not enough sky for me and would receive a lower vote because of it, even though i consider the photo very well done and very meaningful.
I'm saying the cityscape here is the main subject, with the sky in the supporting role, the opposite of the challenge brief. I think it's a fantastic image though so I am torn. Nonetheless, I'm knocking a point off for my perceived DNMC. Plus, I think a slightly tighter crop losing the railing on the far left would be tidier. There are a few NYC shots in this challenge, this is one of the nicest.
