Well...I had to read a few comments to get the connection. Calling it "Toilette Pepper" may have helped your cause. In any event good try and its good to see someone thinking outside of the box.
I would have call this picture "Toilet Peper"... I'm not sure how it meets the challenge... Without the parfume it might have been easier to see a link I guess...
Wrong challenge or am I missing the toilet connection. Unless you're referring to "Eau d'Toilette" as in perfume or cologne, but then it still doesn't fit because it's supposed to be about toilet paper. As for the color title...lost me there as well.
Then again your whole photo can be about "pepper spray", in which case...well...you guessed it...I'm still lost. LOL.

I've looked and looked, and thought and thought but could not make the connection with cleaning up natures call. Maybe it's a cultural thing, I haven't been to every country yet :-). Wait! What's that in the background? Perhaps that's a torn-off bit of paper. I'm going to go with that just so I don't have to completely consider this DNMC.
wrong challenge? am i the only one missing this? i have to give it a 3, which is about my lowest vote, usually any effort gets at least a 4 from me, but even the dnmc is a bad image with poor lighting and messy background.
