I absolutely adore your abstact work. I'm not inclined to do photography of this sort myself.. but I certainly love looking at it. This one stood out the most as a thumbnail, and is absolutely striking as a large version. Like an ice cave.. brrr.
I have to hand it to you, you certainly come up with some of the most creative photos. This one is very cool, it sends shivers up my spine, I was frozen in amazement! Ok, enough with the puns : ) Actually I like it quite a bit but I must admit I think it needs a certain something else like over exposure to really brighten things up. If you had blown out the highlights a bit I think it would have added to the mysteriousness of this photo and really made it stand out in an abstract way. I think the composition is very good. It's much like going down into an ice cave. Of course it really is, on a smaller scale. It's that illusion of being a much larger space that really adds to this photo. With the colors you nailed the theme and technically it is very sharp but not overprocessed. Great job Konador.
I still can't figure out what I'm looking at. It's different. I like how it get lighter as you go up the photo. Just wish it started a little lighter at the bottom. Nice focus, soft and relaxing; Nice composition with good execution. Nice shot. PTL 6
This is a perfect example of the feeling blue. It illustrates cold blue better than any similar "cold" picture. I also like that its a clever "what is it " picture. After a few minutes I reliazed that it was an icemaker. You made me think, and thats not easy for me!!
I love the variances in blue in this picture. Also it is a very interesting perspective, especially with the coil, which leads your eye very nicely. Good job on not having the light too powerful. This must have been a cold picture to take! It looks a little dark to me, with little contrast, but thats understandable. Overall nice job, and good luck!
Cool pic. Ice AGAIN? SHEESH!! Good quality. I like the darkness at the bottom. Definitely blue and COLD! BRRRrrrr. Nice composition - I really like the spiral. ~indi
