 Shot with Nikon D200+Lensbaby II.

Processed in PSCS4. After conversion from RAW, adjusted curves. Ran copy layer through Photomatix plugin, and painted in portions. Merged. Adjusted curves and colours, using masks to work in particular on the red poppy. Lightened and increased contrast in the centre part of the poppy. Final colour adjustments. Resized, NI selectively (everything but flower), sharpened selectively (flower only), saved for web.

OMG...this has to be one of my favourite images. It is clear yet blurred...bright yet grey...I can see and I can hear the wind around it. It is peaceful yet chaotic. This isme right now.
