While the focus and light are good on the photo of the model, the woman pushing the pram is out of focus and overlit. I like how you framed the top of the picture with the big red "Bargain" sign.
The passerby walking her baby doesn't really add much meaning or interest to the sign. There isn't a a surprise factor to add humour or irony. This looks like a random snap shot. It is very blurry.
