 The window belongs to a very nice, very high end gift shop. The people are eating in an adjoining outdoor tea room.

I love these world-within-a-world images. They are usually so incongruous - one of my favorite things in images.

Very surreal, and it all unfolds gradually - those miniature diners sitting amongst giant plants and a multitude of lost/found creatures.
