Kevin - I don't this this one has nearly the power of your 'rust' entry - the overlay of your 'political' view in the title of that one made that one very personal and felt like a truly artistic expression. To be honest, it was technically a better picture than this one too. This is still an interesting subject but has lost some of its first-time power.
Err.. Not sure what to say. It is certainly well composed. I thnk you either need more DOF here to keep everything sharp or less DOF to blur the face more. As a subject I do not really find much interesting about the photo. The title hints at humor, but if there is a joke here I did not get it.
