Interesting architecture, but shooting it from the shadow side with a bright sky is always going to cause problems (I accept that the sun may not come around to this side of the building at this time of year - that would indicate that unfortunately getting better lighting on this shot just isn't possible at the moment). There is also a strong white halo around the building which is a bit distracting, possibly from local contrast enhancement being applied a little too strongly?
