Wasnt sure how this would do - but i think the whole "ooo you captured lightning" kept it afloat. Basic is not good for this photo to get lightning colours and detail and still retain normal(ish) colours and detail in the buildings...

Your shot reminds me of Batman, Gotham City. Almost expecting the batman sign to be casted upon the clouds.. A 10 for the great shot!
